Rooted In Nature – What’s New At SU

Welcome!  I am happy that you are joining us for our hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ With Exciting Ideas to share with you.
Today we are featuring products from the Brand New 2018-19 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. I know you will find a lot of wonderful ideas shared today.

I decided to focus on the Rooted in Nature bundle.  I love the variety of stamps images and the available paper and embellishments that coordinate with it.

This next card is very simple and was inspired due to my stamping the sentiment just a little off and to save the paper I decided to shift it off square.

Bon Voyage Pick A Pennant

Hi everyone!  Here is a list of the supplies I used for my sneak peek card yesterday.  Pick A Pennant is a new stamp set that will be coming out in June (Item 146499.)  It’s also going to be sold as a bundle with the matching Playful Pennants framelits – unfortunately I don’t have those yet so I had to fussy-cut the banners… luckily, it wasn’t that fussy and took no time at all!

Glue Dots

This was a fast and simple card to make. The stamp set wasn’t a favourite of mine and had I not received it at OnStage, I’m not sure I would have purchased it.  However, after plying with it for this card, I’ve changed my mind!  I’m really grateful that I have it and can see a lot of opportunities to make some wonderful, personalized cards.

Ink & Share Blog Hop: Sneak Peak

Hi everyone and welcome to the May edition of the Ink & Share Blog Hop.  This month we are featuring sneak peeks from the new annual catalogue that will be available to share on June 1.

I decided to use a stamp set that I had received during the April OnStage.  All demonstrators were given this stamp set and I thought it would be a great set to highlight during this hop.  The set is called Pick A Pennant and whats great about this set is that there is a matching set for your big shot.  It will be available in the new catalogue as a bundle or individually.

I also used stamps from two returning sets, the postage background stamp and swirly birds stamp set.
